Selected high-drain NiMH cells with enhanced cycle stability (800+ cycles)
Designed tab-connected and shrink-packed battery packs with precise polarity control
Integrated spot-welded nickel strips, PVC wrapping, and custom wire leads for seamless plug-and-play installation
Applied triple-layer quality control, including capacity sorting, internal resistance testing, and simulated load tests
Our packs are widely compatible with handheld devices, medical tools, and consumer electronics—where reliability and safety matter most.
Lithium Thionyl Chloride (Li-SOCl₂) batteries demand precision—from material purity to sealing technique. For this batch, we produced ER14250 and ER18505 models, focusing on extreme consistency in output and long-term shelf stability.

All cells are vacuum-sealed using laser welding to ensure absolute airtightness
We utilize high-purity thionyl chloride, combined with spiral-wound cathode construction, enabling energy density up to 700Wh/kg
Each battery undergoes ultra-low leakage current testing (<3μA) and thermal aging simulation before packing
Optional PCB or fuse-protection can be integrated upon request
